Guarantee and Returns
Vape Shop Birmingham will happily accept returns for a faulty non-disposable Vape Shop Birmingham product within 28 days of your purchase provided you are in possession of a valid receipt. This applies once per purchase, if any fault appears to affect the replacement product Vape Shop Birmingham regard this as a sign of misuse. Non-faulty products that seem faulty and products that have been rendered faulty as a result of misuse as judged on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vape Shop Birmingham are not subject to this policy and cannot be returned.
Vape Shop Birmingham will only ship replacement products to the country of the original purchase, or to any address within the UK.
Vape Shop Birmingham offer a ‘Dead-On-Arrival’ guarantee on disposable products (i.e. Clearomisers), this means Vape Shop Birmingham will only accept returns on provably faulty disposable items within 48-hours after purchase, and only on production of a valid receipt. Non-faulty products that seem faulty and products that have been rendered faulty as a result of misuse, as judged on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vape Shop Birmingham, are not subject to this policy and cannot be returned.
The following circumstances will void the guarantee;
1. Guarantee period is expired
2. Damage caused by misuse or excessive force
3. Damage caused by unauthorised disassembly or modification
4. Damage caused by unforeseen circumstance or accident
5. Damage caused during delivery – this will be the responsibility of the postage service
You must be in possession of a valid receipt to claim against your guarantee. This is not applicable to online orders as we will have a record of your purchase.
Items may be returned within 7 days provided they have not been opened or used and are in the same condition as they were sold. Vape Shop Birmingham will not issue a refund for any postage charges and will deduct the cost of postage from your refund. Please contact us either by telephone or email before returning goods in the post.
Any discrepencies in orders such as flavour, strength or colour, wrong product must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The product must not have been opened or used.
Missing Items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to use our discretion upon assessing the discrepency or missing item claim by verifying the stock levels in our warehouse.
