Vape Shop Birmingham's Same Day Delivery Service - Orders Placed before 2pm

Vape Shop Birmingham offers free Same Day delivery on all orders over £25 placed before 2pm within all areas in and around Birmingham inside the circle and listed below. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your items same day if there is an issue we will notify you by email or phone. 

Our Same Day delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays. We no longer deliver Same Day on Sundays, any orders placed on Sunday will be delivered Monday.

Our Next Day Delivery Service - Orders Placed after 2pm

Vape Shop Birmingham offers free Next Day delivery on all orders over £25 and paid next day delivery under £25 within all areas inside the green circle.

Local Delivery Times

We despatch most orders after 2pm as it allows us to plan all of our routes efficiently to reduce our carbon foot print and keep our service extremely competitive.
Our delivery window is from 8am to 9pm and we send an email message normally by around 3pm to let you know what time the driver should be expected. This is an estimated time only depending on traffic. Please follow the instructions on how to track your delivery.
Whilst we try our best to accommodate specific  requests this is not always possible, therefore if there is a problem with your delivery slot please get in touch as soon as possible. Most of our parcels are easily posted and are discretely packaged.

We offer Nationwide Delivery for free on orders over £25.

This delivery is carried out by a courier and not by Vape Shop Birmingham. It normally takes 2-4 days depending on time of order. Some deliveries can take 4-5 days. These are all tracked deliveries provided by a reputable courier normally Royal Mail.

Please note that there may currently be delays to all postal services due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. Please check with Royal Mail and Hermes for up to date service announcements.

Vape Shop Birmingham have a number of postage options designed to suit your needs in Birmingham or wherever you are in the UK. Postal orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be in the post the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1pm will not be collected until the following working day unless due for dispatch within Birmingham. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system.

Standard Post – Royal Mail 48 - £3.99 or free on orders over £25

  • This service is estimated to take 2-4 days after dispatch.
  • Orders placed before 1 pm between Monday and Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this point will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday).

In the event of loss or non-delivery

  • The Post Office requires at least 14 days after the date goods were sent before they will investigate items missing in the post.
  • If your goods have not been received within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will investigate and assist with a replacement at our discretion.
  • Should you be required to collect your package from the Post Office, that falls under your responsibility. VSB cannot contact the Sorting Office on your behalf, arrange for redelivery on your behalf or send the order again unless the parcel has been returned to us.

All delivery times stated on this page are to be used as estimates only. Neither nor our delivery partners can offer compensation for delayed deliveries nor can we refund any postage charges as a result of delays. reserves the right to upgrade your selected postage option for any reason. You will not be additionally charged for this.

Any dates specified for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock one of our customer services team will notify you via phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
