Lost Mary BM6000 prefilled pods are the replacement pods for the Lost Mary BM6000 pod vape kit. Each pod comes filled with 20mg nic salt and has its own mesh coil. A 2ml pod plus a 10ml e-liquid container gives you up to 6000 puffs, so when one runs out you just click in a new one. There's no refilling and no coils to change.

Pull the empty pod out of your BM6000 device.
Take the new pod out of its packaging and remove any stickers or bungs.
Push the new pod into the device until it clicks into place.
Leave it a minute or two so the coil can soak, then start vaping.
