FUMi nicotine pouches stand out for their distinctive flavour combinations. Instead of sticking to the usual mint and berry, FUMi blends flavours like Salty Raspberry, Fiery Mango, Zingy Ginger and Prickly Pear. With strengths from 4mg up to 15mg per pouch, there's a FUMi for lighter users and experienced users alike. We stock 12 FUMi flavours at Vape Shop Birmingham, all at £4.95 a can.
FUMi pouches are tobacco-free nicotine pouches that sit between your upper lip and gum, releasing nicotine and flavour gradually. They produce no smoke or vapour, and there's no device, battery or charging involved. Each can contains 20 pouches.
| FUMi strength | Nicotine per pouch | Nicotine per gram |
|---|---|---|
| Regular | 4mg | 5.7mg/g |
| Strong | 8mg | 11.4mg/g |
| Extra Strong | 11mg | 15.7mg/g |
| Ultra Strong | 15mg | 21.4mg/g |
Strength names like Strong and Ultra Strong vary between brands, so it's always worth comparing the nicotine per pouch. Mg per gram (mg/g) tells you how concentrated the nicotine is in the pouch filling. Mg per pouch tells you how much nicotine is actually in each pouch, which depends on the pouch size. Mg per pouch is the more useful figure when comparing how strong different products will feel.

Most pouch brands stick to familiar mint and sweet fruit profiles. FUMi leans into more unusual pairings. The salty flavours, Salty Raspberry and Salty Violet, add a savoury edge that balances the sweetness. Fiery Mango and Zingy Ginger bring a warming kick, while Tangy Strawberry and Tangy Apple focus on sharper, mouth-watering fruit. Prickly Pear offers a light, exotic fruit taste you won't find from many other brands.
If you prefer something more familiar, the mint range covers everything from the clean, sharp Spearmint to the icy Freezy Mint, with Watermelon Mint and Minty Blueberry combining fruit with a cooling finish.
A higher-strength FUMi pouch contains more nicotine, but that doesn't mean it tastes stronger. Flavour intensity and nicotine strength are separate, so choose your flavour based on taste and your strength based on the nicotine you already use. FUMi labels its strengths clearly on every can, and we list the mg per pouch on every product page.
Regular (4mg): lighter users or anyone new to FUMi.
