Amount To Produce

VG/PG Liquid Ratio
Choose your preferred PG/VG ratios to achieve the perfect throat hit and vapour production. More VG for clouds, more PG for flavour.
Desired Nicotine Strength
Set your overall nicotine strength. Whether you’re using standard 18mg bases or nic salts, our nicotine calculator will guide you.
Nicotine Base Strength
Leave this at 18mg if using our Nic Shots, or amend accordingly if you have another nicotine strength.
Please note: unless you are registered as a business manufacturing e-liquids, you are restricted to buying nicotine in 10ml bottle sizes with a maximum strength of 18mg base nicotine or 20mg nicotine salts.
Nicotine Base Ratio
Nicotine also has its own VG/PG ratio — input the ratio in this section as displayed on the nicotine bottle/label (select “Custom” and change accordingly).
Flavour Concentrate
We recommend mixing flavour between 15% – 20% (with 20% being the most popular), and all our flavour concentrates are 100% PG based.
If you’re mixing Black Jack or other strong menthol / icy / minty flavours, we recommend 10% – 12% due to the strong nature of the flavour.

Example: Mixing 50ml of 70VG/30PG 0mg E-liquid

Add 10ml of flavour concentrate (20%).

Add PG base liquid to reach the required 30% PG overall.

Add VG base liquid to reach the required 70% VG overall.

Mix the ingredients by stirring/shaking gently.
Steeping
Steeping is a personal choice. Most of our fruit flavours are good to go straight away, but oxidising the liquid over a few days can help improve the flavour. To get the best results, shake the bottle, then crack open the seal, squeeze a bit of fresh air in to oxidise the juice, then replace the cap and give it a good shake — or leave it in a safe place (a dark, cool cupboard) with the lid off for a few days.
