Ordering

Why Do I Have To Verify My Age?

Our Products are age restricted and we require all of our customers to pass age verification before we despatch the order. We do not accept ID on delivery. We use a system called AgeChecked which you can find more information at the bottom of the page. If you fail the age check then we will send you an email to verify your age with further instructions. You can use the view once only feature in Whatsapp to share your ID with us.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

All major payment methods are accepted such as Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard.

I Was Unable To Add My Free Liquids/Add-Ons.

Don't worry, we can make it happen for you; simply send us a message with the flavor/strength/add on you want as well as your order information.

How Long Will It Take For My Package To Arrive?

My Parcel Hasn’t Arrived, What Can I Do?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery to arrive if you are in the UK, tracking number will be provided for Royal Mail parcels.

What Does Your Packaging Look Like?

We use discrete packing for all of our parcels local and national. It will not state any information about the nature of our business or contents of the package anywhere outside of the package.

What Should I Do About Missing Or Incorrect Item From My Delivery?

If an item is missing from your order, you must notify Vape Shop Birmingham through email or phone contact within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Our orders are double checked and marked off to prevent this from occuring so it is extremely rare for this to happen. Claims submitted after this time frame will be rejected.

Can I Change The Items On My Order?

Yes, if something on your order needs to be changed, please call us or email us info@vapeshopbirmingham.co.uk as soon as you can. Once your items are despatched then we can not make changes to the order.

What Happens If I Make A Purchase And Then Change My Mind?

No worries. You can cancel your order and return the goods to us for a refund as long as you haven't opened or used the product.

How Long Will My Refund Take?

Refunds are not the same as bank transfers, they normally take 2-3 days to return back to your account but some refunds can take up to 14 days! If you have still not received your refund after this time please get in touch and we can look into it for you.

Troubleshooting

Why Is My Tank Leaking?

The most common reason of a leaky tank is caused by inhaling too hard or fast. By doing so, you will pull too much e-liquid into the atomizer, which will not be vapourized rapidly enough and will simply exit the tank and cause leaking. To avoid this, draw normally and steadily for 3 to 5 seconds.

The second reason your tank may be leaking is that the atomizer or coil is nearing the end of its useful life; As it ages the cotton can no longer hold in the vape liquid and you will get gradual leaking due to gravity. Make sure it is changed and primed properly before use every 7-10 days.

Lastly you may have a degraded seal on the tank. Most tanks come with spare seals that can be replaced.

What Should I Do If I Have A Burning Taste?

If you have a burnt taste then you need to change your coil or pod.

Firstly check your settings on the vape device and make sure the wattage is correct for the coil. If this is set too high for the atomizer head inserted you will get a burnt taste. Reduce your settings, and try again.

Correctly priming the coil or pod reduces the chances of a burnt coil and extends the life of your coil or pod too. Please see our blogs for further information.

Why Is My Atomizer Gurgling?

This is the flooding of your coil. Don't draw too hard, change your coil if it's been in for a while, and don't overfill your tank. If you gently blow through the mouth piece it will clear the liquid and resume normal function.
